Report Description: this report gives you a breakdown of individual employees for the week-end date you specify, by project and by contractor. This report has had the demographic classifications added as an additional parameter allowing for Admins to now pull the hours to report on for the new Section 3 / HUD requirements with the use of only one report.  The report can also be utilized for other custom demographic classifications to be reported on.  This report shows the following information:

  • Payroll Date, Project Name, Project Code, and Work Order number
  • Section 3 Funding Type – this information is entered under the Project setup, by the project administrator.
  • Contract ID and Contractor Name
  • Section 3 Business status this information is entered under the Company Information page by the contractor, and/or the Administrator.
  • Employee ID, Last Name, and First Name
  • Employee Address 1, Address 2, City, State, and Zip Code

Parameters:

NOTE - exporting the report in Excel allows you to easily filter by the demographic type as well as other categories.  Please make sure to convert your hours and amounts to a number if utilizing a pivot table.

Administrators: To ensure accurate reporting, it is strongly recommended to assign the Section 3 demographic type to the projects that require this information. Administrators should refer to the Administrators Manual for reference on how to assign demographic classifications.
