Report Logic:
This report is broken down into four sections; Payrolls Received and Monitored, Rejected, Pending and Delinquent. The Forms section is in the process of being removed.
Payrolls Received and Monitored: Lists all contractors who submitted CPRs along with every week end date within the date range entered. A CPR’s w/e date will have a star (*) next to it if the next CPR for the following w/e date does not exist or the CPR does not fall within the date range entered. If Prime Approver is enabled, a star will also appear if the next CPR has not been approved by a prime approver. A CPR must be approved by the Prime Approver and within the date range for it to show on the report.
Rejected & Pending: A CPR date will be in parentheses if the earliest Admin Notice for that CPR was written six (6) weeks or earlier prior to the date in the To Data parameter and the CPR is still rejected to date. The contractor will also be in red.
Delinquent: List of all contractors whose last CPR submitted is not marked final and has a w/e date that falls 42 days (or more) before the date entered in the To Date parameter. Contractors with no CPRs submitted are also in this list. Contractors with an estimated start date that falls no more than 42 days before the To Date field are exempt from being delinquent regardless of CPRs submitted. For delinquent contractors with a start date that falls 84 days or more before the To Date field will have their names highlighted in red.
