Report Description: this is a copy of the ENG3180 report for the United States Army Core of Engineers (USACE). It mirrors the report as built and required by USACE. This version of the report cannot be uploaded on the USACE website. Running this version will only allow you to save it as a PDF and email it to USACE.   3. Payroll number (For Example 1.0 when report was certified once, 1.1 if changes were made after initial certification, then recertified),

  5. Checked By (name of Admin who accepted or reviewed CPR)
  6. Date Checked (date Admin accepted or reviewed CPR)
  7. Number employed that week
  8. Man-Hours worked   
  9. Contract No.  

Preconditions: for this report to run correctly, you must enter a “responsibility code” when assigning a project. Set Up> Contractor Setup> Contractor assignment> Add new assignment>.

This report will now display the user and date once an admin as selected a status of “Reviewed” or “Accepted”.  When an account is using the Prime Approver module, the “Approved” status will also mark this report as checked.
