Special Reports - Other Deductions Report

Report Description: this report pulls the other deductions notes for each employee by week end date for a specified date range.  It contains the following information:

• Report date
• Date range
• Project Name
• Contractor name
• Contract ID
• Employee first and last name
• EAD type uploaded (specific to one client)
• Payroll date
• Other deduction amount
• Other deduction notes

**Note, the EAD Type Uploaded parameter was built for the purchaser of this report and will not apply to other users.  It will populate on the report, but the majority of users can disregard this column as it does not affect the rest of the report.
