Apprentice Hours Report by Contractor 2 (Appr/Jryn)

Report Description

This report categorizes all hours, both journeyman and apprentice, worked by specific contractors as chosen by the report parameters. It includes the below values on the report:

• Journeyman hours and totals.
• Apprentice hours and totals.
• Ratio % (apprentice hours/journeyman hours*100).
• Goal %.
• Goal hours.

Preconditions

For goal percentage to calculate, Apprentice % Goal needs to be entered under Set Up > Add/Edit Project

Parameters

With laborer hours

Possibly considered unskilled or an un-apprenticeable craft, so may skew numbers. This is important to note in California.

Show craft detail: displays classification breakdown of crafts selected.

Calculation Descriptions

• Ratio % is calculated as (Apprentice hours/Journeyman hours) *100.
• Goal hours are calculated based on the Goal % multiplied by the Journeyman Hours worked. If goal was not met, required hours will be listed in red. If goal was met, hours will be listed in black.
• Apprentice Hours shown do not include any hours worked by Apprentice Laborers.
