Report Description: this report displays information for eDocuments uploaded by contractors in the system. It shows the following information:

  • Project name
  • Estimated start date
  • Estimated end date
  • Bid date
  • Contractor name
  • Contractor contact name
  • Contractor address, phone number and email
  • Document name
  • Status
  • Number of specific document submitted
  • If a linked employee is required (Y=yes / N=no) *
  • If linked week end date is required (Y=yes / N=no) *
  • Viewing permissions
  • Description of the document

*Not on E-Document Report-2

Uploaded eDocument information

  • Document date
  • Document expiration date
  • If the document is required (R=required / Y=yes / N=no)
  • Document description
