Report Description: this report displays information regarding the contractors assigned to the project/s chosen in the parameters. It will show the following information:

• Project name
• Contractor name
• Federal tax ID
• DUNS
• Workers compensation policy number (if provided in contractor setup)
• License number (if provided in contractor setup)
• Insurance certificate policy number (if provided in contractor setup)
• Ethnicity of company owner
• Owner Operator status
• Section 3 status
• Contactor contact name
• Contractor address
• Contractor phone number
• Contractor email
• Business certifications
• Certification agency
