Special Reports - Local Hire By Contractor Report

Report Description: this report provides a quick view of limited demographic employee information. It shows the following information:

• Project name
• Date range selected
• Local zip list
• Disadvantaged areas selected
• Jurisdiction
• Contractor name
• Sub to (Contract ID)
• Demographic categories selected
• Hours worked of demographic categories selected by date range
• Percentage of hours worked of demographic categories selected by date range
• Cumulative hours worked through end date range
• Percentage of cumulative hours worked through end date range

Preconditions: for this report to populate correctly, the prevailing wage lock-in date must be setup first. Set Up tab> Add/Edit Projects> Dates> Prevailing wage lock-in date. The number of days after Prevailing Wage Lock-In Date to be considered New Hire (established on the back end with your LCPtracker Customer Success Manager)
