Special Reports - Local Worker Utilization Report By Craft

Report Description: displays the following broken down by selected zip lists and demographic profiles:

  • Project name
  • Project code
  • Contractor name
  • Crafts selected
  • Reporting date range selected
  • Total number of workers, by zip list, by demographics
  • Percentage of total workers, by zip list, by demographics
  • Total hours worked, by zip list, by demographics
  • Percentage of total hours worked, by zip list, by demographics
  • Wages with benefits, by zip list, by demographics
  • Wages without benefits, by zip list, by demographics
  • Number of apprentices, by zip list, by demographics
  • Number of journeyman, by zip list, by demographics
  • Number of foremen, by zip list, by demographics
  • Number of owner/operators, by zip list, by demographics
  • Number of supervisors, by zip list, by demographics
  • Totals by all categories listed above


Preconditions: zip lists will need to be created for this report to work for any data you’re looking for; zip lists can be created and maintained under Set Up > Zip Codes Setup


Parameters:


By Project Boolean added:

When Boolean is set to True, there is no change from the standard report output.  Example of this is if two projects both have only Electricians, when the Boolean is set to True, it will result in two pages (Project A, Electricians and Project B, Electricians)

When Boolean is set to False, the report will now group by Trade instead of Project.  Example of this is if two projects both have only Electricians, when the Boolean is set to False, it will result in one page (Project A, Electricians and Project B, Electricians combined together into one report)
