Special Reports - Section 3 Vendor Breakdown

Report Description: this report displays vendor hiring achievements. It contains the following information:

• Project name
• Contractor name
• Total hires, per contractor
• Total Section 3 hires, per contractor
• Total Section 3 hours worked, per contractor
• Total wage paid for all employees, per contractor
• Total wage paid for Section 3 employees, per contractor
• Total Section 3 hires and trainees, total
• Cumulative total of hours worked by Section 3 employee
• Total wages paid by all contractors
• Total wages paid to Section 3 employees by all contractors
• Percentage of Section 3 wages for all contractors
• Vendor count

Note:

• An employee is determined a Section 3 employee if either the “Current” or “Within 3 Years” options are selected in the Add/Edit employees page
• For “Within 3 Years”, the report only looks for that option to be selected and does not compare the employee’s Section 3 status to any date
