What if I am not receiving my Fortify authentication codes?

If you are authenticating via email, we suggest checking with your IT department to ensure there is not a firewall that's preventing you from receiving our emails and adding “lcptracker.com” to your safe senders.

 

If you are authenticating via an app, you can log in to your account with a recovery code and disable and reenable the app. If you no longer have your recovery codes, you may contact Support for further assistance.
