How to Access Training Webinars

When logged into your LCPtracker Pro database, click the orange Training Materials button at the top of the screen:

Under Knowledge base, click on On-Demand Trainings:

Contractors have four classes available:

• Contractor Training Class - This class will be covering the Contractor side of LCPtracker. This will include employee set-up, creating payroll records, clearing notices, certifying CPRs, and various other topics in the system.
• Daily Reporter Training Class - This class will review the Daily Reporter module from the Contractor side of the application. This will include creating, editing, and reviewing “paper copies” of submitted daily logs.
• LCPtracker Free Excel Template Guide - This guide will assist with utilizing the free Excel template we offer. (not hosted on Academy)

• LCPtracker Quickbooks Excel Guide - This will assist with transferring information from Quickbooks to our excel template. (not hosted on Academy) 

  
  

Administrators have four classes available:

• Admin Overview Training – This class offers a condensed look into the Administrator role in LCPtracker. We’ll go over project set-up, contractor set-up, department/validation settings, eDocument set-up and review, violations, and CPR review.
• Admin Wage Data Training – This class will review prevailing wage set-up on the Administrator side of LCPtracker.
• Admin Reports Training – This class will review reports on the Administrator side of LCPtracker, including All Notices report, Apprentice reports, Contractor Assignment report, CPR Summary report, Data Extracts, Late CPR report, Payroll Details, and various other reports.
• Prime Approver Training – This class offers a condensed look into the Prime Approver Administrator role in LCPtracker. We’ll go over CPR review, eDocument review, violations, and contractor set-up.

Selecting one of these classes will take you to the corresponding LCPtracker Academy page where you can enroll in the class. You will need to register for LCPtracker Academy in order to view these trainings.

Both registration and viewing the trainings are free. You may choose to use the same login credentials you use to log in to LCPtracker Pro, however these are two separate logins.

Enrolling in Academy

If you would like to purchase one of the LCPtracker Academy Certifications, rather than a free on-demand training class, first go to https://academy.lcptracker.com/learn

When not logged into Academy:

Click the on the certification you would like to enroll in:

Click the Add to Cart button:

Click View Cart.

If applicable, click the Apply Coupon button:

Click Checkout.

If you have an existing Academy account, you can login on this screen. If you do not have an Academy account, you can click Register on the bottom of the text box to register for an account.

After entering the required information and pressing Register in the bottom right corner, you will see this screen:

This is the registration confirmation email you can expect:

Once logged in, you can proceed with purchasing.

When logged into Academy:

From the Academy home page, select Click Here under the Certifications section:

Select Click Here on the certification you would like to purchase:

Click the Add to Cart button

Click View Cart

If applicable, click the Apply Coupon button

Click Checkout

Proceed with purchasing.

Locating Your Trainings and Certifications

You can locate all of the trainings and certifications you have registered for by going to the menu icon on the top left:
