Report Description: this report will list an employee’s address history and identify if there have been any changes in the employee address. It provides the following information:
- Contractor Name
- Employee Name
- Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code
- Address Validation Status
- If address has been marked Exempt
- If address contains a P.O. Box, or PMB
- If address is current
- Move Out Date, if any.
