Custom Reports - Address History Report

Report Descriptionthis report will list an employee’s address history and identify if there have been any changes in the employee address. It provides the following information:

  • Contractor Name
  • Employee Name
  • Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code
  • Address Validation Status
  • If address has been marked Exempt
  • If address contains a P.O. Box, or PMB
  • If address is current
  • Move Out Date, if any.
