Report Description: this report displays the goals applicable to a project. It contains the following information:
- Report date
- Date range selected
- Project name
- Contractor name
- Sub to name
- List of Minorities selected
- Total hours worked
- Hours worked by apprentices
- Percentage of hours worked by apprentices
- Apprentice goal percentage
- Hours worked by minorities
- Percentage of hours worked by minorities
- Minority goal percentage
- Hours worked by women
- Percentage of hours worked by women
- Women goal percentage
- Hours worked by veteran
- Percentage of hours worked by veteran
- Veteran goal percentage
- Totals of all categories above for project
- Grand total for all projects
Note: This report may provide details that can be used for IRA reporting purposes.
Preconditions: for goal percentages to populate on report, goal amounts need to be entered under Set Up > Add/Edit Project.
Calculation Descriptions:
- Apprentice % is calculated as (Apprentice Hrs / Total Hrs) * 100
- Minority % is calculated as (Minority Hrs / Total Hrs) * 100
- Women % is calculated as (Women Hrs / Total Hrs) * 100
- Veteran % is calculated as (Veteran Hrs / Total Hrs) * 100
NOTE: Apprentice is any classification name that contains the acronym "APPR", "TRN", "OJT" or "TRAINEE" and minority is any ethnicity other than "Caucasian", "not specified", or “blank”.
Parameters:
Ensure that when selecting the Minority list, you do not include Caucasian or Not Specified in your selection.
