List Reports - Employee List Report (Export)

Report Description: this report displays employee information including the following that have been set up in the selected contractors account:

  • Prime Contractor Status
  • Employer/Contractor name
  • Department Name
  • Project Name
  • Employee ID (LCPtracker-Generated)
  • Employee ID (Contractor-Generated)
  • Employee Address
  • Address Validated Status (Yes/No)
  • Current Address Status (Yes/No)
  • Address Move Out Date
  • Employee Phone Number
  • Employee Email Address
  • Employee Driver’s License State & Number (if a required field in employee setup)
  • Employee Gender (if a required field in employee setup)
  • Employee Ethnicity (if a required field in employee setup)
  • Hiring Source
  • Date Hired
  • Disadvantaged (Yes/No)
  • Owner/Operator (Yes/No)
  • I-9 Verified (Yes/No)
  • Section 3 Info (Yes/No)
  • Apprentice ID
  • Apprentice Registration Date
  • Apprentice Approval (Yes/No)
  • Apprentice Expiration Date
  • Apprentice Training Program

The project filter will narrow down your contractor selection and will exclude employee’s without being on a CPR if “True” is selected.  To show all employees entered by contractor keep the filter as “False”.

Note: Selecting “True” in the Export parameter removes unfilterable headers and allows the user to export the information into a usable format such as Excel.
