Report Description: this report shows the Admin information regarding notices within LCPtracker. When a validation is triggered for a project, contractor, sub and employee, the Admin will be able to see if that notice was deleted, and who deleted it. If the notice was resolved, this report will tell you who resolved the notice, and the reason given for that resolution. It shows the following information:
- Department
- Project code
- Project name
- Contractor name
- Sub to
- Contract ID
- Week end date
- Submitted date
- Employee last name
- Employee first name
- Employee ID
- Craft
- Classification
- Enforcement
- Validation
- Notice date
- Notice text
- Date deleted
- Deleted by
- Date resolved
- Resolved by
- Resolution note
- Fringe amounts
- Hours
- Pay
- Days Worked
Parameters:
NOTE: to show resolved or deleted notices, ensure you mark the “Show Resolved/Deleted Notices” to True.
A deleted notice will show if either the contractor has fixed the issue prior to certifying the payroll OR if the Admin deleted the notice during their compliance review.
