• Week ending dates of all submitted CPRs
• Straight time hours worked, per week, per contractor
• Overtime hours worked, per week, per contractor
• Double time hours worked, per week, per contractor
• Total hours worked, per week, per contractor
• Gross amount paid, per week, per contractor
