eDocument Types for Upload
The Administrator or Agency specifies what documents are allowed/required to be uploaded. The list of documents will show in the Document Types for Upload table. Each document will have one of the following requirements set by the Admin/Agency:
- N – Not Required; meaning that they are sent on request from the Agency/Administrator and/or Prime Approver.
- Y – Yes; meaning that that they are required
- R – Required; meaning that they are required by every contractor/subcontractor before you can submit CPR’s.
Expire Frequency controls how often a document must be submitted. For example, a quarterly report would expire every three months.
Submission Delay in Days allows a delay in submittal of “Required Prior to Certification”. This, for example would allow end of month reports. A delay of 30 days would allow submittal of CPRs for 30 days and then require the document to be submitted before additional CPRs can be submitted.
