eDocument Templates
The eDocument template functionality allows the Administrator / Agency to post documents, forms, instructions, or other material in an editable Word or PDR format for the contractors to download. This will allow the Contractor to save to their computer, fill in the proper fields, re-save and then upload the completed document under Upload Documents.
To define an eDocument Template, go to Set Up >> Add/Edit eDocument Templates.
To access templates that have been loaded, click on Download Document Templates. The following are examples. Only templates loaded by the Agency/Admin will be available to select.
Simply click on the underlined link and your browser will start the viewing/download process.
