Add/Edit Notice Type 

Admin Notices are a function to allow an Admin/Agency to create a custom email template within LCPtracker to send communications to the Contractor through LCPtracker.  An Admin Notice allows the Agency/Admin to store notices sent and allows for all Admins working in LCPtracker to be able to see repeat offenders that might have multiple notices sent.  The Admin Notice functionality also allows for a contractor to respond back to the Agency/Admin regarding the notice generated.  


To create a custom Admin notice type, go to Set Up >> Add/Edit Notice Type.  Simply enter the name in the Notice Type field and enter the standard text you want created for this notice template.  


 

Currently, the Standard Text for Letter is not currently functioning.  

 

Once the Admin Notice Type is created, you can use this template to communicate with Contractors via email. Note: you can make edits to the template at the time you generate the Admin Notice to send to the Contractor.


To edit or delete a Notice Type, select the notice type from the drop-down menu.   You can now edit the Notice Type or Delete it if required.  


 

Note: any Notices that were created using the Admin Notice prior to the deleting of the Notice Type, will NOT be deleted and will still be accessible.

 

Once you have created a Notice Type, you can access these Admin Notice templates under the Admin tab >> Admin Notice Processing.

 

LCPtracker has system defined notice types that are automatically created and available within the system. These will also show under the Admin Notice Processing button.  

  •    Payroll Notice – payroll notice, created automatically on validation of payroll records
  •    Rejection Notice – CPR Rejection Notice, created automatically when a CPR is rejected
  •    Permit Edit Notice – when a request by the contractor is made to allow edits to a CPR, this notice is created automatically and will show under the Admin Notice Processing tab. 
  •    eDocument Notice – if an Agency/Admin has rejected an eDocument, an Admin Notice will automatically be generated.
  •    Apprentice Rejection Notice – an Apprentice Rejection Notice is created automatically upon rejection of employee Apprentice.
