Special Reports - Project Employee List Report

Report Description: this report displays employee information. It contains the following information:

• Project name
• Date range reported
• Zip codes chosen for report
• Contractor name
• Employee’s name
• Employee’s address
• Craft/classification worked
• Date employee hired
• Employee ethnicity
• Employee gender
• Employee disadvantaged status (yes or no)
• Employee Section 3 status (yes or no)
• Apprentice ID
• Apprentice Registration Date
• Apprentice approval status
• Number of hours worked in the specified date range
• Total hours employee worked on the project

Parameters:

Explanation for the report parameters when selecting “Yes” on the following fields.

Apprentice: Selecting "Yes" will only show employees with a journey level containing the characters "appr", "trn", "ojt" or contains the word "trainee".

New Apprentice: Selecting "Yes" will only show employees who's hire date and apprentice registration date are no more than 90 days apart. An apprentice classification is not required for employees to not be filtered out.

Disadvantaged: Selecting "Yes" will only show employees who have the "Low Income" checkbox checked in the "Add/Edit Employee" page.
