Workforce Reports - EEO Weekly Report

Report Description: this report is a weekly “at a glance” for EEO compliance. It contains the following information:

• City name
• Project name
• Contractor name
• Project code
• Selected date range
• CPR week ending date
• Total hours worked
• Classification hours by TJ (total journeyman), TA (total apprentice) and TL (total laborer)
• Minority hours and dollars paid by MJ (minority journeyman), MA (minority apprentice) and ML (minority laborer)
• Female hours and dollars paid by FJ (female journeyman), FA (female apprentice) and FL (female laborer)
• Residency hours and dollars paid
• Community hours
• Number of pay periods
• Subtotals and totals of all sections
• Commitment percentages of goals
• Commitment hours of goals
• Actual percent of goals
• Actual hours of goals

Preconditions: In order for information to populate accurately on the report, goal amounts, listed under the EEO Report section, need to be entered under Set Up > Add/Edit Project when a project is set up.  The Geographic Areas may also be required based on the Admin setup.
