List Reports - Employee List Report

Report Description: this report displays employee information including the following that have been set up in the selected contractors account:

• Contractor name
• Employee name
• Employee address
• Employee ID
• Employee phone number
• Employee driver’s license number (if a required field in employee setup)
• Employee gender
• Employee ethnicity (if a required field in employee setup)
• Hiring Source
• Date hired
• Disadvantaged (Yes/No)
• Owner/Operator (Yes/No)
• I-9 Verified (Yes/No)
• Section 3 Info (Yes/No)
• Apprentice ID
• Apprentice registration Date
• Apprentice Approval (Yes/No)

The project filter will narrow down your contractor selection and will exclude employee’s without being on a CPR if “True” is selected.  To show all employees entered by contractor keep the filter as “False”.
