Report Description: this report displays employee information including the following that have been set up in the selected contractors account:
- Contractor name
- Employee name
- Employee address
- Employee ID
- Employee phone number
- Employee driver’s license number (if a required field in employee setup)
- Employee gender
- Employee ethnicity (if a required field in employee setup)
- Hiring Source
- Date hired
- Disadvantaged (Yes/No)
- Owner/Operator (Yes/No)
- I-9 Verified (Yes/No)
- Section 3 Info (Yes/No)
- Apprentice ID
- Apprentice registration Date
- Apprentice Approval (Yes/No)
The project filter will narrow down your contractor selection and will exclude employee’s without being on a CPR if “True” is selected. To show all employees entered by contractor keep the filter as “False”.
