Management Reports - Contractor Assignments Report

Report Description: this report lists the tiers of contractors on a project. Each level of contractor (subcontractor, sub-subcontractor, etc.) is represented by a different color to make it easy to differentiate visually. It shows the following information:

• Project name
• Project control ID
• Contractor name
• Contract ID
• Contractor address
• Contract amount
• Five tiers (levels) of contractors (Prime, Subcontractor, Sub-subcontractor, Sub sub subcontractor, or Sub sub sub subcontractor)

Parameters:

NOTE: if a contractor is listed in the wrong place (i.e., their tier level is incorrect), their tier can be adjusted under Set Up > Contractor Setup > Contractor Assignment

Report Sample:

A new Contractor Assignment Summary Report has been built for new databases that are now utilizing the new Contractor Tree View function which is turned on by an LCPtracker Customer Success Manager.  If this is on, you will see the following new report in your database vs the above listed report. 

An additional report will also show when the new contractor tree view is turned on.  

This report will show the Project, Project status, Date Created, Contractor, Sub to and Contract ID.
