Report Description: this report will provide a quick guide to all employees who are marked as I-9 verified or I-9 certified on their employee profile setup within LCPtracker. It contains the following information:
- Date range selected
- Project name(s)
- Total number of employees, per contractor
- Total number of employees that are marked I-9 verified/certified, per contractor
- Total employee not I-9 verified, per contractor
- Total new hires per contractor (based on date hired from and date hired to dates entered in parameters)
- Total number of I-9 verified/certified and new hire employees, per contractor
- Total number of all the above for the entire project
Preconditions: for this report to run correctly, you must check the box “I-9 Verified/Certified” when setting up an employee profile. Set Up> Add/Edit Employee > Add/Edit Employee Information:
