Special Reports - Paid Sick Leave Accrual Report

Report Description: this report is to provide an overview of what YTD Sick Hours are being reported by Contractors for each employee on performing work weeks. It lists a breakdown, by Contractor, of each employee listed on a CPR, as well as group data by employee. It contains the following information:

• Report Date
• Date Range Specified
• Project
• Contractor
• Employee Name
• Craft
• Classification
• Total Hours Worked (Accumulative)
• YTD Sick Hours Reported

This report will not flag any violations; rather it is to be used as a tool in monitoring.   The total hours worked will assist an Administrator in looking if the paid sick leave time is being properly accrued.
