Release Highlights

WIOA was redesigned to include more data 

We are excited to announce several new functionality changes in the Workforce Manager’s Intake and Assessment Module. These updates are designed to enhance the user experience and improve the efficiency of managing program participants.

Key Changes: New WIOA Participant Section

We have added a new section to the Intake and Assessment form to better identify and manage WIOA recipients.

This section now includes detailed fields for:

• Different types of WIOA participants
• Outcomes achieved
• Services received
• Enrollment date
• Start date
• End date

These enhancements aim to provide a more comprehensive view of each participant’s journey and outcomes, ensuring better tracking and reporting.

How to access WIOA section:

1. Navigate to the Intake and Assessment Module.
2. Locate the Program Participant Portfolio Record you wand to add WIOA information to.
3. Locate the Intake section
4. Scroll down the form
   1. The WIOA section of the form is located at the bottom.

Other Programs, and Apprenticeship program enrollment section form location change

Another redesign for improved user experience. We have moved “Other Programs” and “Apprenticeship program enrollment” sections to Employment and Background form.  This feature allows users to easily select and save program information for participants, enhancing the overall user experience.

Location movement of other programs and Apprenticeship program enrollment from the Intake Section to the Employment and Background section.

How to Access:

1. Navigate to the Left Menu.
2. Locate the Employment and Background button.
3. Scroll down the form.
4. The Programs Section of the form is toward the bottom of the form. 

Enhanced Seach Functionality; Intake and Assessment Module, Portfolio Records and Referral and Placement Module.

While in the Intake and Assessment or Referral and placement Modules, users will experience a more efficient and accurate search functionality as well as one that dynamically retrieves individuals by their unique Id or SSN with much quicker returns.

Search conditions: First Name, Last Name, SSN, Cohort, Training Program Name, Placement Type.

Overview:

Referral and Placement Module, Search and filtering.

Search conditions: Name of Individual, Trade, SSN, and filter by Placement Outcome.

Referral and Placement Module, Additional Search and filtering.

Search conditions: Name of Individual, SSN, Unique Identifier.

How to Access:

1. Navigate to the Left Menu.
2. Locate the either:
   1. Intake and Assessment module.
   2. Referral and Placement module.
3. Search under the Search Portfolio records for Intake and Assessment module or Search record under the Referral and Placement module.

General Application Functionality

Overview:

My Account Button 

• Functionality: The My Account button will end your current session in the Workforce Manager account and direct you back to the User Portal.
• User Portal: From the landing page, you can navigate to any product you have an account with.

How to Access:

• Locate the upper right-hand corner of the home page.
• Select the My Account button to close your current Workforce Manager session and access the User Portal, which will navigate the user to the LCPtracker products suite of tiles to select.
