October 2026 – Release 67
New: Intake and Assessment Module Data Import Tool
Brief Overview
We are introducing a new Data Import Tool for the Workforce Manager Intake and Assessment modules.
The new tool gives customers a faster way to add or update multiple worker and participant records at once. Instead of entering each record individually, users can download an Excel template, enter their data, and upload the completed file into Workforce Manager.
What Changed
Customers can now use the 'Data Import Tool' from 'Portfolio Records' in 'Intake and Assessments'. The tool provides an Excel template created for the customer's module. The template includes built-in dropdown selections and formatting requirements to help users prepare their data before uploading it.
After the upload is processed, Workforce Manager displays a results notification showing successfully processed rows, rows that were not processed, and records imported with field issues.
Why This Matters
- Reduces Manual Data Entry: add or update multiple worker and participant records through one import process.
- Supports Faster Onboarding: move larger amounts of program data into Workforce Manager without entering every record individually.
- Improves Data Consistency: use built-in dropdowns, formatting rules, and validation to prepare data in the expected format.
- Provides Clear Import Results: review which records were processed successfully and which records may need attention.
Getting Started
The 'Data Import Tool' is available from the 'Portfolio Records' page in 'Intake and Assessments'. Download the template for your account, enter the worker or participant information, and upload the completed '.xlsx' file.
For detailed instructions, field requirements, and troubleshooting information, refer to the 'Workforce Manager Bulk Import User Manual' for 'Module 1' and 'Module 2' in the Knowledge Base.
