Workforce Manager – Release #60
December 30, 2025
Release Highlights
Brief Overview
This release focuses on improving flexibility and standardization across Workforce Manager, addressing stakeholder requests and resolving critical bugs from the previous cycle. Below are the key updates and enhancements.
Education Section update:
Multi-Entry Support
Previously, admins could only add one education record for a participant. With this release, admins can now add multiple education entries to a participant’s record.
Why this change?
This update standardizes the Workforce Manager Modules and supports scenarios where participants have more than one educational experience.
Referral and Placement Module
Disable instead of deleting
The delete button has been removed to prevent gaps in placement metrics. You can now disable referral and placement records instead of deleting them.
New Filter Options
A filter at the top of the table lets you toggle between:
ACTIVE – shows all active records.
DISABLED – shows all disabled records.
Job Notice Handling
If a referral or placement has an associated job notice, it will be disabled automatically, or you can choose to disable it manually.
Participant Status Update
When a record is disabled:
- The participant’s name will appear italicized.
- Their status will be shown as "REMOVED BY ACCOUNT HOLDER".
Why this update matters:
- Better Accuracy: keeps program metrics intact.
- More Control: easily manage records without permanent deletion.
- Transparency: clear audit trail for all disabled actions.
