LCPtracker – Administrators – Release 70, July 11, 2025

Full Administrators can now enable three new validations.

Please consult your Customer Success Manager before enabling these validations. To support the Department Setting ‘Enable Interest Paid in payroll entry page,’ we’ve introduced three (3) new validations.

These changes were made under the Set Up Tab>Validation Settings.

All three validations are configured with Perform Validation set to 'Yes', Notice/Warning set to 'NOTICE', and Enforce at Certification set to 'ENFORCE'. However, these notices will not be triggered or visible unless the Department Setting ‘Enable Interest Paid in payroll entry page’ is turned ON.

We have added two (2) new fields that will ONLY be visible to contractors if the Department Setting ‘Enable Interest Paid in payroll entry page’ and they are entering Multiple Paychecks.

New Fields (Contractors ONLY):

Gross Pay This Project by Check.
3rd Party Fringes Paid This Project by Check.

Validation 82: Checks that the sum of the totals entered in ‘Total Gross Pay This Project by Check’ matches the sum of the values shown in ‘Gross Pay This Project’ , Interest Paid for this Project Only, and Wages Paid in Lieu of Fringes at the top left of the Pay Record.

This is only for clients using the Department Setting: Interest Paid for This Project Only and Multiple Paychecks.

Validation 82 makes sure that the amount entered in ‘Total Gross Pay This Project by Check’ doesn’t go over the combined total of ‘Gross Pay This Project’, Interest Paid for this Project Only’, and ‘Wages Paid in Lieu of Fringes’ shown at the top left of the Pay Record.

Validation 82a: This validation checks that the amount entered in Fringes/Contributions paid to others fields matches the Total Amount 3rd Party Fringes Paid This Project by Check in the Paycheck Section.

Validation 82a This check makes sure that the total you enter in the ‘Fringes/Contributions paid to others’ fields matches the amount listed under ‘Total Amount 3rd Party Fringes Paid This Project by Check’ in the paycheck section.

Validation 82b: Checks that each individual paycheck is accurately allocated.

Validation 82b This check makes sure that each paycheck is split up correctly and the amounts are assigned to the right places
