Zip Code Setup

This feature is used for workforce reporting to track employees who reside in specified zip codes.


Upload ZIP Code List

Here you have the option to upload a list of zip codes all at once from an excel file, instead of entering them one at a time in the system. You will simply enter the zip codes you would like to upload in the first column of your excel file.


Add/Edit ZIP Code List

This option allows you to manually adjust the zip code lists you have in the system. You can add, edit, or delete the information.


ZIP List Category Setup

When creating a category, you will need to provide a name as well as a description.  

The category was designed if you want to create targeted areas.  A good example of an account that has multiple categories setup might be a college that reports information at various levels. One client of LCPtracker has three levels for their reporting: Primary (College), Secondary (District) and Local (Local-County)


Assign ZIP List to Project

Once the category has been set up, next you will need to assign the zip list to your project.  Click on Assign ZIP List to Project >> Add Assignment >> select your project >> choose the zip list to be assigned >> select the category to be assigned and click Save.  Note: you can only have one zip list per category assigned.


Once you have completed this step, you will be able to see all of the assignments created.
