What’s in this release?

We are excited to share the latest updates coming to Case Manager as part of the August 2025 release. This update includes improvements to the user experience, technical upgrades, and new functionality that make Case Manager easier and more efficient to use.



Easier to use screens and layouts

We improved the design on our application to enhance your productivity! 


  • Less clutter: we cleaned up the screens so users can focus on what matters.
  • Clearer labels: buttons and fields now have simpler names for user friendliness.
  • Faster Forms: adding Employers and Contacts takes fewer steps and is easier to follow.
  • Old Draft format removed: unused drafts functionality has been removed.
  • Knowledge base app: user guides, feature release, and Technical Support team chat all in one place.
  • Look for cleaner layouts, new naming convention on labels, and updated label format across the application.
  • Forms have been simplified.

We’ve added new features to help you work more securely and efficiently.


  • Redaction Tool: users can now hide sensitive information in activity records. Just click the Redact button next to any field needed to be protected.
  • Knowledge Base: users can have release notes, user guides at their finder tips with a click of a button. Additionally, users can now quickly chat with a Technical Support team member.


Functional Enhancements:


  • Dropdown Accuracy: state and category dropdowns now show complete and correct options, making selections faster and more accurate.
  • Payment Section: the number of digits accepted has been updated to ten (10), $1,000,000,000.
  • Phone Numbers: forms now correctly check phone numbers, making it easier to enter and save contact details.
  • Case linking: users can now link cases without errors, helping you keep related information connected.
  • Search Filters and Permissions: filters and role-based access now behave as expected, so users will see the right results and tools based on their role.


All known issues related to these areas have been reviewed and resolved as part of this release.
