Report description

The Intake and Assessment Placements (Dashboard) report provides key metrics for all workers who has/have training and have been in places. It includes:

  1. Summary and Visual Analysis:
    1. Total participants in training.
    2. Successful placements by gender, race, and top programs.
  2. Yearly Comparison:
    1. Monthly comparisons of placements for the current and previous year.
    2. Filters for month and placement status.

This dashboard offers insights to support strategic decisions on training and placements.

Filters

For Dashboard reports, parameters become options. This report has a unique case with two filters: a month filter affecting all visualizations, and a Placement Participant Status filter affecting only the yearly comparison section (current and previous year).

The filters work independently. The month filter can be used as a single-selection or multi-selection (using the Control key). Visualizations update in real-time as parameters are selected, so it is best to wait a few seconds for the report to recalculate and refresh after any filter change.

  • Month: This filter displays a list of all months based on the Estimated Start Date from the Participant Placement. **This filter works for all visualizations.
  • Participant Placement Status: This filter you would be able to see the participants that have been placed or not placed in the system. **This filter only works in the Yearly Comparison Section.
