Add/Edit Demographic Types
Demographic types can be established to gather various additional data that is not already set up to be collected in the LCPtracker software. The Demographic Type is typically referred to as the question.
Here you can add different types that the employees on your project can be categorized under. You can edit or delete the types here as well.
The Demographic type can be set to be required for all employees on all projects or it can be set to only be required for specific projects. We will discuss this more under the Project Demographic Requirements section.
Add/Edit Demographic Classifications
Demographic classifications allow you to filter the demographic types even further with subcategories for each type. The Demographic Classification is typically referred to as the answer to the above question.
To add the classifications, first select the type and then the classification will be what is available to the contractor in the drop down. You can add a description and require a start and end date if needed.
Project Demographic Requirements
When utilizing demographic classifications, an Admin can make a specific demographic required for a particular project instead of being required for all projects. This can be done by utilizing the project demographic requirements functionality.
If using the Add Department button, the demographic classification will be assigned to all projects that currently are assigned to a department. Once this has been setup, any projects added and assigned to the specific department will NOT automatically be assigned and will need to be setup separately by utilizing the Add Projects button.
