Workforce Manager - Employer Module

Purpose of Module

Integrate employer (contractor) data with Workforce Manager to enhance placement and retention reporting. For

LCPtracker Professional users, data is seamlessly imported from LCPtracker, allowing administrators to monitor

contractor workforce hiring directly within the Workforce Manager system. For those not using LCPtracker, the

module supports manual data entry to provide equivalent reporting capabilities. This integration enables

administrators to identify which entities are hiring program participants and track the retention of these

individuals, ensuring comprehensive workforce management and insightful reporting.

Problem Solved

  1. Integrated Data Management: Syncs employer data from LCPtracker or allows manual entries, providing a unified platform for comprehensive reporting.
  2. Time Savings: Automates data import and reduces the need for manual data entry, freeing up staff time for more strategic tasks.
  3. Enhanced Accuracy: Minimizes errors associated with manual data entry, ensuring more reliable and accurate reporting.
  4. Improved Visibility: Provides clear insights into which employers are hiring program participants and tracks their retention, aiding in better workforce management.
  5. Streamlined Reporting: Offers robust reporting tools that enable administrators to analyze placement and retention metrics efficiently, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  6. Better Collaboration: Facilitates better communication and coordination between administrators and employers, ensuring that workforce goals are met effectively.
