Workforce Manager - Project Module Information

Purpose of Module

The Project Module in Workforce Manager is designed to provide deeper insights into program success by

syncing project data. This module enables administrators to monitor workforce retention goals and track

program participants involved in various construction projects, both public and private. With robust reporting

capabilities, administrators can better oversee the placement and retention of participants.

For LCPtracker Professional users, project data is automatically synced, while manual data entry is also

supported to ensure comprehensive reporting functionalities. This module helps organizations optimize their

workforce management by providing valuable insights and streamlining processes.

Problem Solved:

  1. Fragmented Data: Difficulty in consolidating project data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
  2. Manual Data Entry: Time-consuming and error-prone process of manually tracking project details and participant involvement.
  3. Limited Reporting: Challenges in generating detailed reports on workforce retention and participant placement.
  4. Inefficient Monitoring: Difficulty in effectively monitoring workforce retention goals and program success.
